Free Promotional Materials for Conference Organisers

We know that organising social programs, conference promotion materials and brochures for delegate satchels can be a challenging task.  To help make this part of conference organising a little easier, we have designed a Convention Services Kit. This kit contains sample brochures, promotional materials and brochure shells produced by the Tasmanian Convention Bureau, Tourism Tasmania and the Regional Tourism Associations.  All this material can be ordered through the Tasmanian Convention Bureau at little or no charge to you.

To obtain a copy of this Convention Services Kit please contact Emily Foale on (03) 6224 6852 or email her at efoale@tasmaniaconventions.com. A kit will then be posted to you for your review.

Once received, please take the time to look through the collateral and decide on what materials will best suit your delegates and conference.  Fill out the Promotional Material Order Form (there is one in the kit, or feel free to download one below) and return it to the TCB by post (to GPO Box 237, Hobart TAS 7001) or fax (03 6223 8321), and we will organise for the promotional material to be collated and sent directly to you.

To enable us to provide you with all the material you request, please ensure that the order form is returned to the Tasmanian Convention Bureau at least three weeks before your requested date for delivery.
