National or international associations that choose to conference in Tasmania between 1 May and 31 August are eligible to apply for the Tasmanian Government's Meet in Tasmania Incentive. Qualifying organisations are entitled to receive $30 per interstate/international delegate, up to a maximum of $15,000 for any one conference. Conferences held in September are eligible for an incentive of $15.00 per delegate. Claims should be finalised within three months of the close of the meeting. Payment of the incentive, to the organising committee, is undertaken within one month of a claim being submitted.
